Add or remove fill through the inner zip until the loft matches how you sleep: fuller for side sleepers who need to bridge the shoulder gap, flatter for back and stomach sleepers.

Why the cover matters

The outer cover is 40% rayon derived from bamboo, blended with polyester. Bamboo-derived rayon breathes and moves heat away more readily than a plain cotton-poly case, which is what keeps the surface feeling cool through the night rather than holding warmth like dense foam tends to. The whole cover unzips and goes in the washing machine.

Choosing your size

• King — 20" x 36": the most room to move; suits larger beds and anyone who shifts position through the night.
• Queen — 20" x 30": the standard choice for most double and queen beds.

What to expect when it arrives

These ship compressed to keep the box small, so they arrive flat. Unzip the outer cover, break up the foam with your hands and give them 24 to 48 hours to reach full loft — they will look noticeably thin until they do. New memory foam also carries a faint manufacturing smell that airs out within about a week; leaving them uncovered in a ventilated room speeds that up. Neither is a fault, and both settle on their own.

Getting the loft right

Most people start with slightly too much fill. Sleep on it two or three nights before deciding — memory foam compresses under body heat, so a pillow that feels high on night one usually settles. If it still sits too tall, take a handful out through the inner zip and keep it aside; you can always put it back.
